("We," "YANCHAO," or "Us") through the YANCHAO Parcel Consolidation service ("YANCHAO" or the "Service"), as well as the methods of collection, use, storage, disclosure, cross-border transfer, and protective measures implemented by YANCHAO. 1.1 This Policy applies to you if you are a YANCHAO customer or access our website (https://www.gonest.cn/) or official social media accounts (collectively, the "Website").

1.2 Protection of Children’s Personal Information:

• If you are a child under the age of 14, you must obtain prior consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our Service. YANCHAO complies with Chinese laws and regulations to safeguard children’s personal information.
• We do not actively or directly collect personal information from children. For information collected with guardian consent, We will only use, share, transfer, or disclose it when permitted by law, necessary for child protection, or explicitly authorized by the guardian.

• To register, you must provide at least your WeChat ID or mobile number. Optional details (e.g., nickname) may be added but are not required for basic functionality.

3.1.2 Placing Orders

• To create a shipment order, you must provide:
• Sender’s name, contact number, and address.
• Recipient’s name, contact number, and address.
• Item details (description, quantity, declared value).Failure to provide this information will prevent order completion.
