Food Shipping Guidelines

Which foods are eligible for shipping?
Pre-packaged/commercial foods in fully sealed packaging, not nearing expiration, and with non-short shelf life can be shipped. Examples include but are not limited to: potato chips, biscuits, pastries, jerky, dried fruits, nuts, etc.
Key Points:

  • Pre-packaged, non-expiring soon, and non-short shelf life foods are allowed.
  • Recommendation: Whether meat or non-meat foods, always mix them with general goods. Meat products must not exceed half of the box to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Which foods are not recommended for shipping?
The following are not recommended:

  • Homemade foods, unpackaged items, foods nearing expiration, short-shelf-life items, or foods requiring special storage conditions (e.g., temperature control).
If shipping such items is unavoidable:
Must be fully sealed or vacuum-packed (to preserve quality and prevent odors that may trigger customs inspections).
No valuation coverage is available. We assume no responsibility for spoilage, leakage, or expiration caused by delays due to weather, transit, or customs. All risks are borne by the user.

Which foods are prohibited from shipping?
Strictly prohibited items:

  • Refrigerated/frozen foods, raw/live foods (e.g., fresh seafood, live animals).
Important: If such items are shipped to our warehouse and degrade in quality, we assume no responsibility.

Customs policies on food may change. Contact customer service with questions.
By submitting your parcel to our warehouse, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
