【Reference Transit Time】
The reference transit time is the average transit time for orders shipped via this logistics channel over the past 30 days.
For example, some express shipments may be delivered in as fast as 5 days from the time they leave the warehouse, while others may take up to 13 days. Based on all orders from the past 30 days, the average transit time falls between 6 to 9 days.
Some users may ask: Why are some packages delivered in 5 days, while mine takes 13 days?
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the complexities of international logistics. A package shipped from China must go through multiple stages, including domestic transportation, Chinese customs, Chinese airports, international transportation, destination country customs, and last-mile delivery. Delays may occur if any of these stages encounter backups or unexpected issues. Occasionally, packages may also be randomly inspected by customs. These are all factors beyond our control.
【Delay Compensation】
We have introduced a Time Guaranteed service—the On-Time Delivery Guarantee.
Our founding philosophy is to protect our users’ interests as much as possible, regardless of any uncontrollable factors in international logistics. If a package is not delivered within the promised time frame from the moment it leaves the warehouse, we provide unconditional compensation.
For example: For express air freight, compensation is provided if the delivery exceeds the reference transit time from the date of leaving the warehouse.
Although we cannot guarantee that every package will be delivered in 5 days, we are committed to ensuring every user receives the best possible experience.
*Specific delay compensation rules are subject to the details provided for each logistics line.
