Estimated Shipping Fees
Based on the domestic parcels sent to our warehouse, each parcel undergoes inspection, including volume and weight measurements. When you select these parcels for consolidation, we calculate an estimated fee based on their volume and weight. This is the estimated shipping fee, which is not the final fee.
Final Shipping Fees
The final fee is calculated based on the actual weight and volume of your international parcel after consolidation.
Fee Adjustments (Refunds or Additional Payments)
You need to pay the estimated shipping fee first. The system will then determine whether a refund or additional payment is required based on the final weight of your parcel.
- If no additional payment is needed, we will ship directly, and any refund will be automatically returned to your payment account.
- If additional payment is required, you must complete the payment before we can proceed with shipping.You can view the detailed fee breakdown on the order details page.
