YANCHAO Consolidated Shipping allows the shipment of 14 major categories, including food, meat, non-psychotropic medicines, cosmetics, and magnetic or battery-containing items.
Details are as follows:
- Fragile Items:While not prohibited, fragile items such as glass, ceramics, and enamelware cannot be insured. International logistics involves multiple stages and complexities, and we cannot avoid potential rough handling during overseas delivery. Therefore:It is not recommended to ship fragile items.If you still choose to ship them, we will try to preserve the original packaging (domestic parcel packaging). However, YANCHAO will not be responsible for any damage or breakage upon delivery.
- Frozen or Refrigerated Foods:These cannot be shipped. Perishable or homemade foods are not recommended due to the multiple stages of international logistics and the inability to maintain a constant temperature. If you still choose to ship them, YANCHAO will not be responsible for any expired or spoiled items upon delivery.
- International/Domestic Luxury Brands or Copyright-Infringing Items:These cannot be shipped. This does not include domestic trendy brands, second-tier brands, or used personal items.
