If you purchase electrical appliances, branded goods, tickets, cards, models, etc., we cannot provide professional inspection (quality, authenticity, completeness, etc.) for your ordered goods. Our inspectors can only check whether the appearance is intact and accessories are complete, but cannot power on the product to check for quality issues.

We guarantee the integrity of the goods before shipment, but if the goods are damaged during delivery and are determined to be fragile by logistics, you will bear the loss.

If your order is for customized goods, it is recommended that you negotiate with the seller. After successful negotiation, you need to provide the seller's Wangwang, contact information, or code. We cannot provide professional inspection for such goods, and you will bear any losses arising therefrom.

According to Taobao seller regulations, deposit orders cannot be canceled after being placed. You need to follow up with the seller to pay the balance, and the goods will be shipped after the balance is paid. If the balance is not paid within the time limit, the deposit will not be refunded.
